Systems Engineering is an engineering discipline whose responsibility is creating and executing an interdisciplinary process to ensure that the customer and stakeholder's needs are satisfied in a high quality, trustworthy, cost efficient and schedule compliant manner throughout a system's entire life cycle (INCOSE). 

Our staff has individually and collectively performed on highly complex mission critical global programs and initiatives including healthcare, education and financial services.  Programs include (but not limited to) NASA Hubble Space Telescope, Northrop Grumman enterprise wide data center consolidating, International Baccalaureate, Lockheed Martin, and numerous other systems engineering initiatives.

All systems require a holistic view.  We at FDC have significant knowledge, experience and understanding of how to execute strategy.  This is accomplished by implementation of strategic frameworks, integration and alignment across and throughout the organization.
